There are enough designs to make at least 16 cards with card inners and matching envelopes, but with many extra pieces there are enough to use for making additional cards or alternatively could be used for a variety of paper crafts including art journals, diaries, junk journals, scrapbooking or mixed media.

 All the equipment you will need to complete your cards and matching envelopes are

A5 Cardstock (folded to A6 size)

Scissors, Glue  and Foam paper craft pads,

Glitter, Sequins or other embellishments (optional).

Simply fold a piece of A5 cardstock in half to create an A6 size card. If you prefer, there are many A6 size greeting card blanks available in all good craft shops and online.

Then, decorate the front of your folded card with toppers and sentiments. To make your card extra special, cut out and insert one of the colourful card inners inside your folded card.

If you wish, you could add extra sparkle with sequins or glitter to give a deluxe finish.

Each colourful botanical, from vibrant poinsettias to radiant holly leaves, is rendered in exquisite detail, ensuring that your cards will be as cherished as the messages they carry. Living my entire life in the Lincolnshire countryside surrounded by flowers and nature has inspired me with the colors and shapes of the natural world. Consequently, I love bright colours and find the variation in texture and form that plants impart fascinating, which in turn influences my work.

Moreover, I am brimming with ideas and constantly creating things. In addition, I enjoy finding uses for unwanted fabrics and yarns, and I relish the challenge of producing something beautiful and unusual from discarded scraps.

In this high-tech age of hustle and bustle. I find myself increasingly preoccupied with keeping alive the traditional sewing and knitting skills and values passed down to me. I believe these qualities should be preserved for future generations. While I dislike the throwaway society we have become, I wholeheartedly embrace the ‘make do and mend’ attitude that our ancestors believed in.

Finally, my original artwork disciplines mainly focus on painting (including my love of miniature paintings) and textile art (including creative knitting and hand embroidery).
